I have the same issue. I purchased the bike in Rawalpindi from a Guy, He gave all documents including on my asking a stamp paper for the price and transfer. The Bike is of 2019 and it is not registered.
I went to the excise office, they told me to login from online app and wait.
The asked the agents outside, what is the process of registered and according to them, The guy who initially bought the bike from the Shop, it will be registered in his name for 4500 pkr and then he will transfer the bike to your name.1000 pkr. the agent will take 1000 pkr for his fee, where we will push for early registration. .
Something is wrong here in the statement of Agent. If my father purchased the car and he registered it to my name, why I need my father to register the car in his name first. ??
