Transfer of ownership in Lahore (Pending for Inspection Status)

Hi,

What is the step by step procedure of Transfer of ownership in Lahore beyond Pending for Inspection.

Transfer fees is paid. Buyer and Seller biometric is done.

Now showing the application status as Pending for Inspection in https://mtmis.excise.punjab.gov.pk/

Please guide what to do next ??? and how much time is required to get the smart card at home address ???

I had my new car registered from showroom (dealer). After a while i checked and the same status" pending for inspection" was showing on MTMIS. I asked the registration guys and they told me to not worry and it will go away. Maybe because they bypass inspection. You will get the card after a month or two. The status of my car shows as "application in progress now" and i have not yet received the original number plates.
It's not a full answer but my experience during reg. process.
