Transfer of ownership of Sindh Number Car

Anyone can advice me

I have car that needs transfer, i have smart card and tokens are paid but car i am in Lahore with car and dont want to travel to sindh

Anyone can guide me the cost of the transferring to my name

Also i have heard that there will be extra charges for new number plates
They are asking for 8500 rs extra for these

Is this necessary to update the plates?

So far, what I have received from multiple resources, that number plates are a must change.to newer format. Extra charges are there.

sir what is status of plates availability ? is there a cut-off date announced? sindh excise is notorious for delaying number plate issue as long as over 4 years . please guide
