The car is in my name and i want to sell it
But i came to know the onnline system is operating in sindh so the buyer and seller both have to go to sindh to transfer the car

Biometric is mandatory i guess . you need to visit excise office sindh to get it done..

however you can still look for anyone in khi and confirm if its possible via genuine CNIC or not?
