I'm looking to transfer my mother car under my name. The suit for declaration has all her properties & vehicle listed. The succession doesn't include car as a part because of moveable asset. I'm looking to understand the process of transferring the vehicle now. If someone could please help me with this issue, then that would be greatly appreciated. I've asked multiple people for a solution, but no one has a clear answer for me.
we have relevant documents from court, showing her ownership, death certificate ,FRC & ready to give affidavit by all my siblings & father for transfer of vehicle
