Salam everyone,
I recently purchased a Cultus 2012 and it has Peshawar no , I paid half of total amount to owner after receiving the Return file and Book and decided to pay half amount after transfer.
I submitted the docs in Peshawar excise office and they said you will receive the book soon.
Now I got two questions,
Car Owner is asking me to pay the full amount because he is saying that now Excise office has received you document and verifies it so there can be no issue in document and they taking time only because of printing the book.
Should i pay the remaining amount OR pay him after transfer? , Is anything still go wrong now ?
and can anyone please tell me ,how long it will take in receiving new book (on my name) from peshawar excise office ?
