there are few things i don't understand related to car transfers in Pakistan.
1. Simply how do transfer works, what is the procedure of it and is it the same procedure for cars with different registration cities?
2. lets say i want to buy a vehicle for investment purpose and but since the transfer rate is high, i would want to evade the cost of it.. what proper steps can be taken for it?
