it is nearly standard here in the USA that mechanics install such a filter for the transmission on Honda automatics. Its not readily available in Pakistan and engine oil filters wont work in this application.

For the ATF, the links you provided are good - the ATF claim to work with DEX 3 specification which is required.

To make it simple, Follow the video, I would actually do it 2 litres at a time, just to be safe as it can get really messy if the pipe shoots off.

no no i meant the procedure ? do i have to remove the whole gear box ??? and then open it ?

Honda made the gearbox in a way that when the filter blocks up, its about time for a full rebuild of the transmission. Opening the entire unit just to replace the filter is not economical neither recommended.

Its not even a proper filter, its just a metal screen in a cylindrical case. like "chaai ki channi"

Seems very ecno......... i would try to find it in lahore but i am dead sure wont find as if one asks people about such thing they stare at you.....

I only found 2 pieces from a filter seller in Karachi, he claimed they were sample sales kit or something. They were these same filtran filters. Got them for free as he was unable to sell them and I was a bulk customer.

If you know some filter sales/import places in your city - go ask them, but the problem you may encounter is that they will ask you to buy a case of it. Which usually means 24 filters
