Transmission Problem Second Gear Mitsubishi Lancer 1992

My Lancer 1992 second gear shifting is very hard when car is cold. This problem vanishes as the car warms up and engine temperature needle reaches to its nominal temperature. Car manual describes to use "Hypoid Gear Oil SAE 75W-90 or 75W-85W conforming to API Classification GL-4". Please advise

1....which brand gear oil with these specifications should i use and after how long it should be rechanged/drained?

2....Will it solve second gear problem i mentioned above?

have you ever changed the gear oil? btw you are a perfect candidate for the ZIC gear oil. Its exactly what you want.

hahaha.... thnx buddy..... i was expecting same reply from u .... as matter of fact got the gear oil recently changed as i told u earlier that gear box was opened and clutch plate and bearing was replaced. but in my absence mechanic poured the gear oil which he thought was right and when i checked its pack it was without any manufacturer details.... cursed the mechanic for the same... but for now whts done is done... Would go for ZIC oil now...
