there is a specific procedure to set the fluid level, was it checked with the car level or on ramps? or did they just pour it in and call it done?
the CVT drive cycle does feel like slippage when you demand acceleration. You may want to check your axles and brakes for binding as these will cause the transmission to load up which in turn will demand more rpm from engine (variator goes to lower ratio).
Also point to note is that when you have suspension work done on these modern cars with Traction control or DSC, the steering needs to be kept at the center position with the seatbelt if the rack was disturbed then the car needs to be aligned again and the steering angle sensor center position dialed in while the car is on the actual alignment rack itself.
In your car the SRS unit also contains the G sensor which needs to be zeroed while vehicle is straight and stationary to make sure it can report correct accelerometer reading to engine ECU so it can work the CVT correctly.
