Dear Fellow Pakwheelers,
I needed your help and advice, I am abroad in UK, I have many different business interest in Pakistan, all previous business can be controlled from UK, or wherever I am.
I am looking to take over a contract for bus, will start with 5 and work my way up to 50 buses. each bus earns 20,000 rupees a month after expenses.
Before I go ahead, I wanted to know, is the Transport business easy to control from a distance, aslong as I have managers in place.
Money will be paid directly to me from source, so no money issues,
The worries I have is driver stealing parts and fuel? how to stop this
The other worries is, driver saying fake repairs? should I set my own workshop up also?
I plan it to be all computerised, so I can monitor expenses of each bus?
what things should I be looking out for?
what can go wrong?
any other tips?
