if Karachi is starting point . Head out straight to Islamabad and stop over. head out to Muzafarabad - push further to reach balakot & stop over.Muzaffar abad onward all the way up N15 will take you to JhalKhad. JhalKhad onwards to KEL is not expressway buy Highway only . for an all wheel drive SUV roads ahead of balakot are trackable. Sedans may suffer serious under carriage scrubbing
