Danish, i checked with Qari sahib and he told that last year vehicles were not going to Beyaari village (not behari) due to some landslides which were not repaired.
And peak season of snowfall is usually Jan-Feb so it will be difficult to reach Beyaari itself in February. The Forest Rest House is little ahead and at higher altitude than the village.
There is a small village at the foot of climb to Dhir top and another ahead towards Manur Gali. But i am not sure whether those would be open as they are deep in forest areas and locals won't be living there.
Beyaari area has thick forests around it on mountain slopes but wood for burning has to be dry otherwise it would be tough task.
