Day-1: Islamabad to Gilgit via Babusar, Leave ISB at 0530 hours with family on 03 x cars (Cultus-2019, Cultus 2015 and Mehran) reached Gilgit at 2300 hours. 1st stop at Balakot for Breakfast, 2nd Chillas for replacement of Break pads and 3rd at Raikot for Dinner.
Day-2: Gilgit - China Border - Sost Leave Gilgit at 0900 hours and reached at Border monument near 1430 hours.. Spent more than an hour and rush back to Sost.. Night Stay at Sost at "Rivaria Guest House Tel: 0344-2342715 Rs. 1200/- per night with WIFI facility, Two beds and Two Matters in all 04 rooms". Enjoyed alot at Sost a very peaceful city.
Day-3 Sost - Ataabad Lake-Pak-China Tunnels and reached at Garleth ( in between Karimabad and Aliaba at Hunza. Night Stay at "Luck Hunza Cottage" owner Mr. Nadeem Sahah very cooperative. A very beautiful fully furnished house with garden, 03 bed rooms with attached bath and hot water facility. Full House rent for one night Rs. 8,000/- accommodation capacity more than 18 ppls.
Day-4 Alti-Batli Forts, Hopper Valley Leave Karimabad near 1300 hours and move towards Hooper valley. tracked upto Hooper Glacier with young kids and elder child 09 yrs old.
Day-5 Hunza to Burwai Leave Hunza take Breakfast at Aliabad and drive straight to Babusar pass, in between sightseeing at Rakaposhi, Nagan Parbat and Junction point. Dinner at Moon Restaurant and stuck there due to landsliding upto 0100 hours night.. moved from Moon restaurant and reach burawai near 0200 hours and night stay at Eman Guest House.... (an average hotel) as all hotels already occupied. ****I also left my ID Card at "Eman Hotel". The front boy took my ID Card for necessary entries and don't return back. so in the morning i left my ID Card there.** I remembered my ID Card when i crossed Kiwai and that time i was unable to go back due to rain and landsliding.**
Day-6 Burwai to Islamabad left burwai at 1000 hours and stopped at Balakot for Dinner. Due to heavy rain, we postpon rafting, Lake Saiful Malook and stay at Naran.
