Hi! I am from Belarus and have an idea of buying a rickshaw in Pakistan and traveling home via Iran, Turkey and the EU. My question is - can I, as a foreigner, buy a rickshaw for export from Pakistan and get some temporary export plates and documents for it? I plan to register the rickshaw in Belarus later. I asked the question at customs and they told me it was possible.
