I will be travelling in train from Karachi to Lahore with my family (3 adults and one child). I want to have my own space/ room/ cabin but for that I think I will have to pay for 6 person. Is it correct? Please guide me what is best suitable. My requirement is privacy and Ac so that I can enjoy the trip with my family.

The cabin is for 6 berths, so if you want to have to all the cabin to yourself, you will have to buy all 6 berths.That means 3 extra tickets. Not bad for privacy.
AC Sleeper are available in 2 person and 4 person capacity. It will be a closed room with PVT wash room.
Yes. The 4 person option is better. Can you tell me which train? And do you know the price?

AC sleeper/coupe is in karachi express. Mostly booked months in advance. Try ur luck.
If you get it, then it's worth every penny. Though its not much expensive than lower AC.
I have travelled with family in coupe and it was very good.
Last time booked 2 person cabin of night coach they charge around 10,000 Faisalabad to Karachi.in that two person cabin you can accommodate 1 more person. So in price of two you can go 3 person same is the case with 4 person cabin you can travel 6 person in that cabin.
in that train they provide breakfast as well at that time. Don't know if the service is same now or not. its been 4 years.

Their mixed reviews of these trains overall with ac, food and service. So best of luck
