Trek to Dudipatsar for a couple

Jaein gai in sha ALLAH , dont worry,,, 50k tourists were there in Eid holidays and if something bad happenend to few of them, it doesnot mean that now going to Naran and lakes is banned. It is by chance. Most of the tours are successful as well,, in 2011, when we went to Ansoo, just one day back , some dacoits snatched things from ppl at ansoo , at the very next day we' gone there and took the name of ALLAH since the start of track,,, nothing happened ALHAMDULILLAH,,, so the purpose of telling is that these incidents dont mean that we should not move anywhere but instead should ask ALLAH 's help , nothing bad will happen to u, i experienced it myself,,,

One thing more,, your style is authoritarian, you cant order here instead your way should be suggesting others, you cant force others to act upon on what you are saying,, everybody has own opinion, you should listen others and answer calmly,

As far as experts are concerned, some are back from tours and some are still on their tour, they will soon reply here,, Dont Worry,,,,

secondly you said "DONT GO TO NARAN", Please read with open eyes, in all thread, i was talking about camping, CAMPING.. u know what i mean ???? CAMPING... means tent lagana aur kahin raat rehna..... :@ . who is saying dont go to NARAN, etc... i will in sha Allah myself go to these areas in a month or so.

as far as this "THREAT" of urs about "EXPERTS ANSWER" lolzzzzzzzz..... stop it ok ? i am talking about security. app khud farma dain jo farmana hay, kisi say kehlawanay ki kya zarrooorat hay

be open minded, dont just start another war just because you and ur friends wants to dominate in the field of tourism. THEY might know few places but if something bad happens (Allah na karay) then i will see who weeps like a baby...

Keep locals with you as guide or porter.

Avoid unnecessary camping. Camping is meant for places where there is not accommodation facilities.
"I follow this rule. If there is a ceiling, why to pitch tent and if there is a road, why to trek...."

All the prose and cones are discussed, to camp or not to camp. Ladies must go or must not go, They are safe or not safe and many things which I think was to not to be discussed, but they were.................................... Please don't turn it into a gender war. First of all we must praise the courage of women who are doing tourism in the way that most of our males don't do. Next we must realise they are married and mature women, it is not our duty to take care of them in this way that we supress them to do something . It is the duty of their husbands( or guardians) to decide. Please stop discussing on this thread. don't prolong discussing only because they are ladies. Let me came back on Gal valley:

I personally visited Gal valley two weeks ago. It is so beautiful valley, all mountains covered with red flowers, so beautiful.
There locals warmly welcomed us. helped us in cooking food, provide us breads, milk and many things.

According to them gov constructed a jeep trek til Gal valley from Babusar top, it was really a good jeep trek. (Only few bad pactches before dharamsar lake.)

There we discover a new lake and we gave it name " Lake Saif ul Maloook II" I will start a detailed post on it soon.

We reached Naran on 17th August with all stuff ready for treking, camping. We could not get hold of paramount adventure guys, they were very busy and mostly out of town with guests. However, we found some wonderful local guides who were very very helpful.

Unfortunately, the weather was against us. We went upto babusar top on jeep on 19th August amid mild to heavy rain. Had to cut back to Naran that day. 20th August was sunny and we were very ready to camp at saif ul malook but security officers on the lake did not allow us due to some recent incident involving alleged robery. Even boating was banned though some very nice local people got us on a boat for a short ride (after which they told us that we broke the law, otherwise we would not have done that). These nice locals also tried to get us a place for camping but security was pretty strict.

We hiked back to Naran on foot. We wanted to do more adventure but had to come back as our little kid got ill back home. So we could not acheive either of the two targets we originally planned.

For others, the bottom line is that the valleys otherwise are very safe and fun to travel and trek as long as you have some good locals with you. We made contacts with a number of very good local people (including jeep drivers and guides) and have plan to do another adventure next year insha Allah.

Dont u think you should adopt Besal route to Dudipat?? As gall valley route is very steep climb,,, anyways better luck next time with whatever plan you made,,,

Any one guide plz. Can I go all the way to Gal valley on jeep after visiting dharamsar and sambaksar lakes. R these lakes near the jeep track to Gal. I read that a jeep track is available indeed. Lastly can I visit at SEP end. Thanks in advance
