Trip from islamabad to china border

I am planning from islamabad to china border. I am thinking to start early morning from islamabad and first stay at naran. Then very next morning start from naran till hunza. Then stay and next morning to china border.
We are 4 persons but less budget so avoiding other places where jeep travels
What you guys prefer???
