Very good trip Waseem Bhai.

I was also there on same dates (with 2 friends, reached Banjosa at 10:30 AM on Nov-09, spent 2 nights in there, visit tolipeer on Saturday and return back on Sunday same route).

You were staying at army rest house and we were at PWD's . However we met three guys on 10th Nov while coming down from Tolipir .They were also from Lahore and were very jolly fellows , One guy was Butt sb ,others used to call him Captain . Any connections ?

As we stayed in PWD rest house which is located in the center of the two , it has 2 rooms ,good condition overall with one draw back... as its geezer was not working. So you can well imagine the challenge to confront with the freezing cold water:'( . While telling Nauman Bhai on phone about the rest house we are staying inn ,I was told by Nauman bhai about the geezer problem ( as he suffered with thanda pani (H) while his stay in the same room in his last visit) and he told me a " TOTKA" also to get the geezer work but all in vain . Qismat may likha tha thanda pani (H) Bhai logo so subha tak har cheez freez ho chuki thee . Samaj tay *** howo ***
But in the morning we took bath in red roof rest house ,where no body was staying and geezer was also working

Enjoyed break fast with bread , jam ,mayonese and Gourmet Rusks followed by garma garam chaey:)
Day before lunch menue was tasty Kata kut & aloo ki bhujia :P

Morning at Banjosa Lake was very very beautiful sun filtering through , calmness around ,sitting under sunlight in cold weather had very soothing effect as compared to the chilling effect (H) last night.

Unfortunately we were not able to met or see ur guys on Banjosa as we left the lake at 1430 hrs on Nov-09 and never looked back (enough tour......:)) and on Saturday directly left for Tolipir at around 09:00 AM.

I am starting this thread on orders of Nauman Bhai(Nomi700), Ishaq Bhai (hmishaq),Amir Bhai (Skill)and Mubeen Bhai (aisege)with the surety that they will bear the poor quality of pictures (Koora, the term coined by Rehman Bhai(spitfire). I will request the fellow brothers to take this thread more as informational than pictorial
Tour Background
Kashmir was calling me since long as I went to almost all the other prominent places but Kashmir was somehow missed. I had planned to go till Tao but in August 2012 but due to floods and landslides could not go beyond Kutton. So an unfulfilled burning desire to explore Kashmir was already there. So I planned a visit on 9[SUP]th[/SUP], 10th & 11[SUP]th[/SUP] November as 9[SUP]th[/SUP] November was Iqbal day, took Saturday leave and Sunday was again holiday.
Now a big task ahead was whom to company with. First I asked my home minister to join but she said, Abhi August may to ho kar aay hay, dosra bachon ki parhaee chal rahe hay. Then I floated the idea to Nauman Bhai but no success and got the remarks ? Bhai ghar say niklwao *** kia ( Nauman Bhai Advance Mazrat). Then waited for Pakwheels friends as after Soan valley new trip was being cooked and perhaps its still under process . Then I called my old friends Naseem & Safder with whom I made many trips in the past like Gilgit ,Hunza , Kalam , Mahudand ,Kaghan ,Naran , Fairy meadows track , Maedan Shah track , Saiful Malook track .They agreed & plan was finalized

Route : Lahore ( Via GT Road )→ Rawalpindi→ Kahuta →Azad Pattan →Rawala Kot →Khai Gala ? Banjosa
10[SUP]th[/SUP] November : Left Banjosa for Toli Peer at 9.00 , spend some time at Khai Gala to buy some eatables ,reached Ghorimar Tourist Lodge to get room ,reached Toli peer @ 1.30 , Night Stay at Ghorimar Toursit Lodge
11[SUP]th[/SUP] November :Left for Lahore @ 9.00 , reached Teetri Note Crossing @ 11.30 ,reached Tattapani @ 1.15, reached Lahore @ 11.00 pm
Route : Ghorimar →Khai Gala →Hajira→TeetriNote→Tattapani→Mirpur→ Kotli→ Mangla → Jhelum → Lahore
