Some claim that there are more than 60 types of corals found near Charna waters and many new corals started to flourish after the 2005 tsunami in Indian Ocean. Precautions
Do Not Attempt Kitesurfing or extreme sports here unless alerting coast guards, navy etc. in the open sea. Attempting extreme sports next to land is suicide as there is no infrastructure for rescue operations for beaches for the masses. Marina club has toxic water because of neighboring korangi creek. Fishery, harbor, native jetty creek, are nasty beyond imagination, but people still swim in it. Sea view is good for toddlers to go and get their feet wet in. Sand is nasty. For white sands, you have to visit the notorious notorious balochistan or as close to it as you can get.
Mubarak Village
Mubarak village is home to approx. 2,500 fishermen and their families. Water is a rare commodity which is dispatched to the village in tankers. There is a school for children and small time market for the catch from the fishing boats. This village is the piece of land from where you can clearly view and move towards the Island by hiring boat.
