i would suggest that you must take your own food as last year one single roti was as expensive as 40 rupees at fairy meadows..
so it is better to have your own tinned food.
last year jeep took 6000rs for the track(including pick and drop and they dont allow more than 6 people on one jeep). its a 14km jeep track which can take 75 to 90mins, followed by a 3 to 4 hour trek, which will be tough but worth the effort.
as for accomodation, if you can afford, then fairy meadows cottages owned by hafiz farman (Fairy Meadows Cottage)are the best.they have the best view of nanga parbat but are way too expensive.
my recommendation would be raikot sarai or greenland hotel and site. it is owned by fida ahmed, a very nice person indeed. you can take my name to fida and he will give you cottages at rent as low as 200 to 250 per head per night(depending on your bargaining skills :P)
