I would advise you park your car at Kewai and take a jeep from there, far safer (though I have no idea if there are parking facilities at Kewai or not. The problem is not that you will reach Shogran, or that you will be able to come back, the problem is your car 'might' be screwed. Last year when we went there (on jeep) the jeep's bottom was touching the ground one to many times, and the mud pots... it was horrific even on a jeep. If you want to treat you car like a horse and do not care for it then you take it there. The road to Naran is the best and you can take your car there with no problem.
You don't have to lie. No one said you cannot go there, everyone said 'you should not take your car there' BIG difference, learn how to understand English. Even if you had a 7,000cc car (not jeep) people would have advised the same, its not worth wrecking it.
The reason being the same as I said above, you will reach there you will comeback, you will wreck your JDM, as JDM are known to be of 'lower profile' then local cars, your car will hit the ground a thousand times, probably damaging many parts of your precious new JDM. What everyone was trying to say there which you could not wrap your mind around is that its not worth abusing/wrecking your new car on Shogran road.
