Dear Faisal, I saw a family from lahore and they were traveling on hiace and they went upto sharda. My suggestion is that you start early in the morning (4 or 4:30 am) from ISb and have breakfast in Kohala. Then leave for Muzaffarabad from Kohala and reach Kutton and have overnight stay there. Next day go to Sharda and stay there or you can stay in Kale as well. On 3rd day come back to Kutton and visit Jagran valley on same day and night stay in Kutton. 4th day leave for Islamabd. You can change your plan a bit but i am recomending this as Kids would be accompanying you and long journeys are tiring for them.

here we go guys... from murree we started our journey towards Kohala. Road is good and as it was early morning there was nearly no traffic. Road is scenic and captivating. We stopped our rides couple of times to take pics

Nealry around 7:45 we reached Kohala.......gateway to Kashmir. You can see the bridge in the pic which leads to Muzaffarabad

We under passed the bridge and stopped for Brkfast at some road side hotel. As it was bit early in the morning so hotels were not busy but it gets hell of busy after 10:00 am or so and show goes on till evening. WE have witnessed packed roads with no parking

After crossing Kohala bridge on the left is the Tourist Welcome Booth of AJK Tourism Department. The guy over there is very good and informative. You can collect maps and brochures from there for further guidance
