for situations like this always keep a packet of haldi in your car... I know it sounds funny but its true. Mix it with a little water and pour in your radiator. It will block any small leakage in the system. i have personally tried it in one of may cars.

thanks, but i dont think it can block leakage of heater pipe, may be useful for any radiator leakage

Thats not true, because once its in your system it will flow to every part of the system where water is flowing and block any minor leakage.
But if some pipe has worned out it might not help..

reached mechanic as referred by assadghumman after a few more stop overs. dumped the car there till next day and left to Aneeq's home for doing some rest.

That's the end of day 2. We spent the remaining time at aneeq's home. No further pics for the day

Day 3: Sunday 29th April 2012 (When we were supposed to be in kutton)

After full satisfaction of the mechanic, the car was made available to us in the afternoon at about 3pm. Thanks to him for his nice and professional work. The car was very much fine then. At that time we were in a fix whether to take further risk on the car and move further or return back to home. All of us were still motivated and we decided to move further to Murree. Before that, we decided to test check the car and we left for Monal Restaurant (Pir Sohawa) for lunch.

Car responded fine with no issues. After that we finally decided to move further to Murree. On the way, we had a short meeting with my PW friend (assadghumman) for thanking him for his support throughout. THANKS ASAD FOR YOUR KINDHELP IN THE HOUR OF NEED.

After that we headed to Murree for night stay. I was quite cold out there. Not much rush. We reached there at about 10pm. We got a room in Hotel ALSANA near to GPO and went to the Mall road for dinner and a short walk. Spend the night in Murree.
