I am moving for a unlimited tour on my 3 door Pajero on 22nd July... it will be a camping trip, no to Hotels & restaurants food all activity will be posted InshAllah......

Asslam o Alaikum
Friends I am back, today at 6 am, going to fix and finalize pics to be posted very soon... it was challenging and adventures tour from Lahore to Naran,Babusar,CilLas,Astore,Rama, and Rama Lake. Started from Lahore on 22nd July 2011 at 12 am, back on 31st July..... Drive was 3 Door Pajero 92, Manual shift 2500cc. we were 4 family members.

There is no road from Julkhad to Babusar Pass.... and Babusar Village.

From Jalkhad onwards to near Chilas there is no road and you will be travelling on gravel, stones, dirt, water and glaciers etc. But it is a fun adventure. 1 hour before Chilas metalled road starts which is still in patches. Just very near to Chillas where we see the Indus river for the very first time the short route to the KKH is blocked due to land sliding. It is merely a 5 min. drive and at the most 10min, hike but due to land sliding one has to take a very long way for almost 50-60 min. to reach Chillas. It is really disappointing.
Chilas-Raikot:
From Chilas to Raikot the condition of KKH is just about OK when compared to other patches on the KKH......

Finally reached Chillas after a lots of fun on the way.... it took a lots of time as well, Route conditions very Poor....
