Dear PW,
I just completed my tour of Shogran,Abbottabad, Nathiyagali, Ayubia, Murree, Lahore and unsuccessful try to Naran from 5th Apr'2015 to 13th April 2015. Although April was not right time to enjoy the scenery of this landscape but do not want to lose this MUKA.
My Name is FURQAN from KHI. I have been surfing PW for 1 year. I did my life's first journey in last year 2014 to Murre, Patriatta, Kohala, Sabri Aabshar, ayubia. After this i decide to do at least 1 tour in a year because before this tour i thought tenough money and time is required to for this but i realized you can do budgeted tour in short time period.
After many IF n BUT four friends were agreed to join this journey but they do not have any information about these areas they just knew two names NARAN and KAGAN that said. I initiated this plan and i motivated to them to do this tour so its solely my responsibility to manage this tour.
I am very thankful to PW Gurus who provided full support and information to complete this tour. Specially Guru @xoofi.
Tour Summary
Day 1- 5th April left KHI 5;30 PM by TEZGAM for LHR
Day 2- 6th April reach LHR around 3pm and extended ticket for same train till RWP.
reached RWP 8:30 and wasted 1 and half hour to decide Raat yaha rukain yah agey move karain, finally decide night stay at Mansehara. Caught daewoo 11pm and reach Mansehra around 2:30am.
Day 3- 7th April got ready 9am and moved to Balakot, reached balakot around 11am with stay for breakfast. Hire Jeep for Shogran n siri paya meadows. stayed at KIWAI for 1 hour and move ahed, reached shogran 1:30pm spent complete day there.
Day 4- 8th April- took a try to Siri and Paya but due to shortage of time could not reach on peak. returned to move Naran. I was aware by PW and other FB pages that road still closed but my friends said " Bhai Road Khul Gaey hain Mera Dost Last week Hokar aya hain, another Said maine FB per post dekhi hian road open ho chuka hian" . I decide In ka b shoq pura kar deta hain, return before 6 KM of Naran due to glaciers. Night Stayed @ Balakot.
Day 5 - 9th April left for abbottabad, visited Thandiani, Ilyasi Majid, Kala Pani, and Hernoi, reached after Magrib Nathiyagali and night Stayed there.
Day 6 - 10th April- Left Nathiyagali 10:30am for Murree via Donga Gali, Ayubia reached Murre around 4PM. Enjoyed Mall Road RONAQ and back to hotel.
Day 7- 11th April - Visited Murree surroundings Kashmir and Pindi POINTS etc.
Day 8 -12th April Left for LHR 8:30am and reach Faizabad 9:30 and got Niazi for LHR @10:30am. Reached LHR 3:30pm and visited DATA Darbar , Minar e Pakistan and Food Street near QILA. Last day of Tour
Day 9 - 13th April Left for home (KHI) by Shalimar, train was late 4 hours ,10am instead of 6am.
Day 10- 14th April Reach KHI 6am.
