Trunk Light - On Off

In Honda City 2018, Is there any button or way to turn the trunk light off?

it has a self cancel button, but if you want to manually override it - install a 2 position plunger switch from an older mercedes benz, - you pull it out to shut the light off (e.g. when on a picnic) - when you slam it closed the plunger pushes in and works correct.

Or install a rocker switch somewhere and intercept the wiring from the plunger.

Meaning that it hasn't any control, and if for example on any occasion you have to open the lid of trunk for hours and it's light remains On, won't it affect the car's battery ultimately?

yes it will, specially a city which is equipped with a motorcycle/lawnmower battery from the factory.

I think the light switches off after a few minutes on its own. Try leaving it open and see what happens.

Yes the battery is indeed very small 35amp only

It doesn't. I have kept the trunk open for 2 hours and light was still On.

The light turns off when lid is closed. Try this with manually closing the trunk locking mechanism with a screw driver or something. And then unlocking it will turn on.

Try to find a light housing like the one given below in used, that can fit in the orginal location along with a matching electrical connector. This trunk light came in 90's hondas.

Or as @1503 said above, try to close the lock with a screw driver this will turn off the light but remember not to close the lid without first releasing the lock with a key or through the lever from inside otherwise you may damage the lock mechanism.
