Trying to buy an SUV- My first. Option between Pajero and Terracan

Hello Guys, I dont know much about SUV's because I havent owned one yet. But I have finally decided to go for one(5-door). I want something that can run on roads and do off roading as well. So my budget for an SUV is maximum 12 lacs with 1 lac for modification and improvement. My options are
1-Pajero
2-Hyundai Tarracan
3- any other good option
Guys please advise me what shouldnI do?

Also guide any good vehicle my way if anybody has one. Also tell me if i am dreaming and i wont get something good in this price

Salam alikum. In this budget you can find pajero with latest model in its generation of 1997 in good condition. But now the question is where to find good condition. Check for Documents its 4X4 and body condition with mechanical opt.
