Trying to make plastic bumper lip at home(DIY)

I think i'm the first person who is trying to make plastic extension at home, and the reason is because i'm tierd of this fiber extension which braek evry month after new paint so i searhed all google to find any techniquet to make plastic extension but didnt find any custom made plastic bumper or extension. So i decided to invent it for my Ride...
Mold is completed to make plastic extension...
So it means 50% work is completed.
Suggestions and questions are Wellcome!

I have old bumper in store... i will use that plastic.. i will cut required plastic piece and give shape by heating at hight temperature.
