Tucson gear problem 600 km driven

AoA,
After driven 600 km, tucson gear is out of work.
Vehicle is in Hyundai workshop and now they r not going to solve the problem is in varanty.

That's absurd and really unprofessional behavior of Hyundai Motors. I hope that you can find the solution to this problem.
By the way, what kind of problem have you faced in the transmission of the Hyundai Tucson?

600 km only? in real desi world it has not complete even a break_in period. Do you have PDI sheet of vehicle which is provided to customer at time of delivery. before doing anything else take Hyundai HQ in loop for the issue, and do not budge for any Charged solution try to solve it nicely or take that 3S dealership to court.

I already take in loop the Hyundai head office but they r not listening me.
The technical staff came from factory and they r claming that the water incert in connectors so this fault came.
They r giving me the estimate of 8.75 lac and all in advance to ok this vehicle.

The other story came from Hyundai airport motor staff they r saysing take this vehicle from oir showroom and go to Hyundai jail road lahore for claim, that show room will give u claim.
They r making me foot ball...

Well the interesting thing there is no option in pakistan portail to register my complaint againt car manufacturer...

What a country... where we r living...

The vehicle is not running over 80. On rear gair its shivering and with jurk moving back

Register your complaint with Consumer Protections court in Lahore, they will resolve this issue within 30 to 45 days at max.

So sorry to hear about it.
That is such a ridiculous response that I wasn't expecting from Hyundai being the new entrant in the Pakistani automotive industry, it should do something to gain the trust of the customer if this company wants to survive in this industry for a longer period of time.

I hope that you find a solution to this problem.

Vehicle is with with hyundai airport since friday, cant give u any vedio but have a picture in which some ATF leaking feels on gear

The transmission is the same as KIA's. And we know the number of sportages running on the roads. This definitely is some one-of issue or a mishandling on someone's part.
Plus I would highly recommend taking your car to jail road or emporium branch. Hyundai airport and central should be avoided if you want decent customer service.

I m feeling this after faceing this problem from hyundai ariport.
But i m really surprised the behaviour of hyundai company.
Well i m trying to resolve this issue...
They r claiming the water entered in convertors so that they r not going to give claim to me.
I m surprised the vehicles r used in rain and this is not a rainy season.
I admit it used in dusty water near sagyan lahore but its not that kind of water in which the vehicle get this kind of problm.

Did your car cross in some water??? If not its a very strange issue...they should solve your issue without any charges..

And must take your case to consumer court...
