Can you fix a 2C diesel engine for me?

I have a 2003 Toyota Corolla 2.0D, with only 128,000 kms on the odometer,
but I have managed to screw up the engine over the last 13 years,
took it up north in August, blew clouds of white smoke on Babusar Pass,
could hardly climb at 15km/h in first gear
spits huge clouds of black smoke when idle and revved hard
I feel there is no power at all in the engine and has become non-responsive
I do not know what all might to wrong inside the engine that I cannot see.
Do not know what to do, running it just like it is for now.

anyway, I have a 1990 CE95 corolla with 2c-iii since 2008, 2nd hand owner, recently overhauled for the 1st time.
i was a long term lurker here but never had to ask for help like this. the thing is, I distinctly remember it when I first got it, it was really quiet with only a faint rumble and the whirring of the fans (were direct).
after overhaul, which saw the cyl head being replaced, (the only thing of notice here), the engine is much quieter than before its overhaul but noisier than from what I remember how it used to be.
is that supposed to be normal? is there anyone you guys can suggest that I visit to have a 2nd opinion?
lastly, in the current market scenario, what would be the cost of having it turbocharged? is it recommended? i have spent quite a lot of time with it (learned to drive in it), and would like to extend its life as much as I can. what would be the best option then?

again, sorry for the long rambling post.

someone has messed up your injectors and injector pump really badly if you are hearing an excessively clacky idle. How were the injectors tested and adjusted? how was the pump timed to the engine? and which facility redid/calibrated the pump?

Injectors and fuel pump is as-is, 2 heaters are replaced. As per the recommendation of others including you @Xulfiqar (thanks!) , am going to have it inspected.

Another thing worthy of mention is that around 800rpm, there is that rumble typical of diesels, around 900revs, much quieter and smooth.

thanks everyone for their advice, and after extensive checks the culprit are the engine mounts. locally made products available, but do not survive for long. Anyone know where can i check for the genuine ones? any contact number? email?
