I can explain the basics, the rest will be on the Most Senior Members of Pakwheels.
Well, you'll have to get a Turbocharger which is appropriate for your engine. The bigger the turbo, the greater the LAG. But the bigger the turbo, the more power it can produce, but then again, your engine on stock internals (pistons, crankshaft etc) can only push very low boost, maybe upto 8psi.
Try to get a ball bearing turbo. They wind up faster and are more efficient (but costly).
When a turbocharger compresses air, the air is heated up due to friction. What you'll need to cool that air is an Intercooler.
As Turbo's use Oil/water to cool the turbo's down, an Oil Cooler (or water in some cases) is also good to increase the life of your engine.
The stock ECU of your car cant handle all that much extra AIR going in because it doesnt know it has positive pressure. The More the Air, the more the fuel you''ll need to keep it going.
So you''ll need a Piggyback ECU or something like an APEXI SAFC to tune the air/fuel mixture by hacking into the sensor values to the ECU. This way the Air/Fuel Mixture will be maintained.
I think maybe the stock injectors might cope with 8 PSi (but not sure so ask RacerF1 or FLi_GTi) but you'll need a better fuel pump.
