Hey everyone
Finally the project has been completed and turbo has been installed in my ride after very hard work and experiments.

Engine is 1szfe
Turbo is Garrett T28
SSqv Bov
Return line made for installing FPR
225cc injectors
Top mount intercooler
Battery has been shifted to trunk
Hks Fcon Mini
Hks Afa
Boost i'm running is 8.4 Psi
The car has been tuned through wideband and the AFR was 10.5 to 11

where is intercooler getting cooled from?? the bonets closed and its in the engine room :S

Yes man get a fiberglass bonnet made with a scoop so your turbo stays cool(H)(H)(H)

i am sure he will shift to front mount intercooler when budget allows

OMG Using rubber induction pipes :S

Get some proper steel pipes as these rubber pipes have too much friction.There are many good fabricators in khi n will not cost u alot max 1.5 or 2k
