Two different kind of ids on Pakwheels

Two different kind of ids on Pakwheels, few have post edit/modification tool bar, other have not whats the problem??

Choi saheb log out - clear your temp folder - goto-- start --> search window ---> type ---> %temp% [ enter ]
or download ccleaner from http://www.pirifotm.com ( free version ) install & disconnect from internet close all application & run that utility for 1st time it may take 2 - 7 minutes once that task is complete exit & restart your system - connect internet & run windows update from your control panel. let the OS update and restart system again before connecting to forum. The quick reply tool bar you are referring to is your application glitch not forum.

& those who are referring it as Moderator Panel ... please be wise be nice use your wisdom before punching keyboard

am not a moderator just a common member like many of you, you can see from the screen capture tool bar is visible for me to edit format & attach what i wish to post

i have 3 ids of pakwheels one is since 2007 n in that id there is no problem, as @capsat take screen short n show you tool bar is visible to modify posts font, size etc, my 2nd id is since 2010 n this one is since 2013 in these both ids no no tool bar shown i use codes to modify my post like [ B ] .... [ / B ] to bold n [ size=3 ] ... [ /size ] to change size etc, i hope you understand

yes same browser same internet same laptop same time, even if now i go log off n on from that id tool bar shown, come back again on this id no tool bar shown

Will you please share the other two ID's. . We can check for this in the system what is the problem..

click on your profile settings General settings scroll down to this screen & select - enhanced - scroll down to bottom click save and try to post again please

choi saheb if you feel annoyed by word choi please do let me know, because some knob heads believe word choi as GALI
