Tyre bursted on motorway. Need help in choosing good tyres

AOA,

Front tyre of my 2009 Suzuki cultus (Driver Side) got bursted on motorway last night, but Thank God everything is fine. Tyres are Dunlop eco 201 digitire 175/70/13. Tyres were in good condition but they are hard tyres and a hell noisy. Tyre pressure was OK. I dont know why it happened.
Now i need to change all the four. Which brand should i get. I want to go to market having something in my mind thats why seeking your help. I dont want tyres which makes noise in summers . I need tyres with better road grip (dry, wet,on curving), economy, and less cabin noice.
Also suggest me some good shops/reputed dealers in Rwp/Isb.

go for Yokohama db decible best tire i have ever used, mitchlin are good as well

Apart from tyre brand make sure alignment and camber is perfect. Done from a good alignment shop.

Yokohama DNA ecos is a pretty soft tire and not that expensive. Was using it in my cultus and the ride was considerably smooth.

From which shop/dealer i can get yokohama tyres or any good brand (fresh import) ?

Today i visited a couple of shops in blue area Islamabad. Quotes of some tires are (Size 175/70/13)
1. Yokohama A Drive Made in Japan = 24000
2. Yokohama A Drive Made in Philippines = 20000
3. Dunlop 704 Made in Japan = 20000
4. Dunlop Made in Indonesia = 17000
4. Dunlop 82T = 16000
5..Pirelli p4 Made in Japan = 24000
DOM is mid 2016
So now people for which tire i should go ?
Shops are London Tires, United tires.
Some more suggestions are more than welcome.

Dont you think the tires are a year old, and rubber compound might be hardened already..
For me mid 2016 is a no go!

Check Yokohama DNA ecos it costed me around 4500 per tire a year ago.
Also try to get tires of late 2016 atleast.

Yokohama Japan is best one. Soft & Grip is firm too.
But do not fill your Tyres with above than 30 PSI in this summer
