you may have chosen to scrub wash clean before taking pictures for more clarity. 
these are signs of wear & tear. you must be using tyre pressure beyond 30psi. during the life since new. now on please start using 28 psi in all 4. you will feel the difference in ride comfort & noise.
if vehicle is driven by employee driver they are brainless idiots. they all prefer 32 psi & over for handling comfort. our company drivers are habitual for such stupidities.
