Umm
The max pressure written on an 8 ply tire used on a truck is 140 psi, if I multiply that by 70 i would have a blowout.
Or did you mean something else?
And its best to use the manufacturer data of the vehicle to determine the “required” tire pressure. E.g. an older camry uses 30 psi on all corners with tires claiming a max of 60 psi to seat them. (Printed on sidewall)
A modern camry runs 35 psi on the tires with the same 60 psi max seating pressure.
Similarly a mercedes e350 sportmodelle version uses 42 psi in the rear tires while the classic model uses 36 in the rears, while both models use different tire sizes, both those tire sizes advertise 65 psi max on the sidewall.
Tldr
Follow the car manufacturer recommendation because the suspension is built/tuned with the tire type and size.
