Tyre pressure

Assalam o alaikum
This is what is pasted on door panel about tyre information.

One thing i didnt get is the air pressure.
Should the left side tyre get 29 psi and right side tyres 32???

Its two different tire sizes, one on the right is bigger in size.

Size of tire on the left
145mm is width
S speed rating
R radial
12 is diameter

Size of tire on the right
5.95inch is width
12 is diameter
4pr is Ply Rating
