Tyre Recommendation for Japanese Alto X 2015 (15" Rim)

I've recently bought X variant of JDM Suzuki Alto having 15" factory alloy rims and Tyre size 165/55R15

Condition of tyres were not good, so when I did some research I found that tyres of OEM specs are difficult to find in Pakistan, specially in renowned brands. Only found Maxxis and some Chinese tyres rated higher than market average. (Islamabad)

Moreover, I came to know that such low profile tyres (having low aspect ratio) aren't so comfortable in Pakistani roads/streets. Some shopkeepers asked me to change Rim size and opt for 13" rim with some high aspect ratio tyres.

Should I change factory rims?
Are 165/55R15 tyres really painful on streets and harmful for suspensions?

(165/70R13 with 13" rim has nearly of same wheel dimensions. if I opt to change rims)

What you guys suggest?

Just get new tires. Dont go for smaller rims. I have the same car with the same racing strips and the same grey 15 inch rims. You wont find Yokohama or Bridgestone in this tire size but Dunlop SP Sport will be readily available just change the tires and keep stock rims

Where did you get it and what specific type of Dunlop SP sport? what about jumps and bumps for family use?

Dont remember which shop in saddar.
There is no type is Dunlop SP sport. Just ask any shop to give you 165/55/R15 tires in Dunlop

They are just average tires not so great. Good grip on dry road but less on wet roads.
Comfort same as euro star or bridgestone.
Not super comfortable like Continental

Any authorized dealer in Islamabad/Pindi of Maxxis. i burst my tire and using a kabli one right now.
Does maxxis have 165/55/R15 tires ?
