IMO, and as far as tyre size is concerned; if you are not facing any ground clearance issues, then the stock tyre size for your car would be best suited. To know about the stock tyre size(s), have a look at the small sticker / placard affixed with driver side door panel.
If Karachi roads are bad and hard, then you may opt for slightly hard tyres (i.e. tyres with strong sidewall and good tread), and in such category, General tyres PK, Bridgestone and Dunlop tyres are good.
