Tyre touching body on full turn

Salam Pakwheelrs...i have installed 185 tyre size in passo 2007 .. but problem.is that left driver side tyre touch body when fully turned left ... any solution for that or shall i have to change my tyre to 175 or 165

If possible change the tyres.
Otherwise it's fine no big issue

U r using 14 inch rims with 185/65 profile or 185/70? Saw a similar case and the guy shifted to 175 and all is good now.

Wa Alaikum Salam. Brother if possible, then downsize to 165 or 175 mm wide tyres, otherwise, install spacers / packing. No other option seems there.

why are you using 185mm section tires on a passo?

i have the same profile on vitz, it doesnt touch anything on full turn.

ideally if the issue with thickness/profile of the tyre than it should touch both sides i.e. right and left

if its touching only left than firstly check the alignment of the car and 2ndly check if the protective plastic sheets is not loose at the left. your tyre is probably touching the loose sheet and not the body of the car.

i think if 185/70/14 profile is used, it increases the height of the car reasonably so that it doesnt touch every speed bump on the roads in pakistan.

understandibly it has an associated compromise in stability of the car however if car is being used for city chores only, the compromise is bearable.

well actually it doesnt at all. however since its almost nearly impossible to convince u so i wont argue too much on that. if u r in pk i b happy to demonstrate to prove a point however

And its stupid regardless of country.

Why using tyre more than the recommended size. It's overkilling the machine.
