Also look in your car's owners / users ,manual for the recommended tyre size, and if you do not have it, look for a small sticker / placard on the driver side panel of your car. It will have details about the tyre size, and recommended air pressure in tyres.
185/70/R14 is a sort of max. tyre size in 1000 cc hatchbacks, like Passo, Vitz, etc. and this size makes their movement a bit difficult (due to large size). Wide tyres, more road grip, but at the same time, more rolling resistance, resulting in drop of fuel efficiency.
Of course it will get affected due to wideness of tyres.
Engine might not get affected, but for sure, suspension will.
