My problem would have been that I do not know the local conditions, so my recommendations would not have helped as good as the local experts who already posted.
Generally though, all that makes your car work is four little patches of rubber contacting the road. Handling, brakes, acceleration, turns, rain, slippery conditions, you name it.
Getting the best tires one can get is probably a better "performance modification" than all the spoilers and sound systems and cold air intakes in the world in my opinion. 
Are these your selection? They seem a perfectly fine choice for a Liana under typical driving conditions in Pakistan I would think.
