Tyres for Suzuki Cultus (Japanese used or Chinese New)?

Asalam o Alaikum,
I want to replace my Suzuki Cultus's tyres and I am in bit of confusion. My mechanic suggested me to go for slightly used japanese tyre but I want to go for new one's. I have a limited budget in which I can get new tyres of the brand GT or Eurostar ..
So guys plz suggest me the best and cost effective solution.

For our type of roads General XP 2000 would work decently for your vehicle. Recently bought for 3950 per tyre.

If your budget is less then that, go for Luxxan (Chinese brand). New tyre will cost you around 3500-3600.

If you have money then go for Japanese tiers.
Otherwise Chinese are also pretty good. Better drive that Eurostar.
I have used personally on 3 cars.

Rubber has life, check date of manufacture on Used Japanese Tyres, if they are more than 3 years old, leave them. Most of dealers omit manufacture date on these tyres. Try to find slightly used Euro XP 2000, which are mostly changed by new Cutltus owners ..

Get General tires if you have budget constraints they are a bit hard but they are perfect for our road conditions..
Don't go for Chinese / used Japanese tires if you drive on highways or higher speeds else if you just drive in city under 70km/h then you can think about using Chinese / used Japanese tires.

I was in same situation like u for my daewoo racer when it had Bridgestone sneakers were installed.... Yokos Michelin we're out of my range.generals had bad experience.so after research.i bought BOTO winda genysis 218 175/70r13 last year and drove 30000 km till now satisfied.same performance like I had Dunlop LeMans lm703 but not softer than Yoko or Michelin energy saver

my suggestion. go for general tyre NEW.

have peace of mind for 50K KM. this is what i did in my CITY.

Any idea about "Japani Guddi" term used in auto market ?? Companies included dunlop, yokohama and bridgestone..

I had a bad experience of general when I own a mehran ..
They were way too hard ..
Then got the maxxis tyre .. and got peace of mind ..
But now circumstances don't allow me to do that again ..
Current condition of tyres are very slippery when apply brakes ..
Got a hit as well ..
and it costs me way much ..

Try to buy fresh tyres by seeing it's manufacturing date ...... Coz after about going thru 6 shops only 1 shop had 1 week old manufacture date.otherwise general dnt have written any date.the imported cum smuggled had 2 year old manufacture and even genuine imported we're 6 months ols

General now comes with a manufacturing date. The one I bought last week was manufactured in 8th week of 2018.
