Tyres Others Size than recomended

I have Baleno 2001
The recommended tyre is 175/70/R13.

what if install 155/80/R13?

will it damage my car or else , i am very carefully drive max speed in city is 60/70 .

W.S. Brother I would say that for good road grip and contact area between tyres and road, you tyres width must meet / exceed stock tyres width.

I your case, tyres width must be at least 175 mm (or slightly more), but not 155 mm in any case. You can adjust aspect ratio and / or dia of tyre / rim accordingly.

Which one of those are going to last longer......? Have you experienced any of these......? My cultus model 2006. Used Dunlop twice.... but wear out in three years time...... now they are totally worn out...... dunlop lm 704.

I'm using cc6 in Colton since last three years and they are pretty good. Never had a flat till now

Michelin energy xm2 and continental cc6......btw 3 years is a good time the dunlops have lasted.....how many kms u have run on each set and what was year of manufacture

Five years for the last set that is still in use till this time. Bought them in August 2014. Prod.dt. (5113 ) . But mostly using the car locally in town/city .
