Aoa.
I’m using altis1.6 2018 unfortunately my two tyres were hit by tyre killers so instead of going with yokohama 205/55/r16 i opted yokohama 215/55/r16 (both on front axel) now i’m having OCD weather have i done wrong or its ok ..
P.s i m not facing any problem as i’v driven new tyres for almost 2000 km including traveling on motorway at 120+

That wont be an issue in ur car apart from 2% speed differnce. If speedo meter shows 100 km/h , actual speed would be 102 km/h.

On the other hand, if you had traction control in ur car then it could have been an issue due to apparent slippage detected at rear wheels.

There wouldn't be any difference in speedometer as profile of tyres is the same (55). Going from 205 to 215 has only changed width of the tyre which wouldn't cause any issues with speedometer.

Only difference from 205 to 215 would be better road grip, and maybe slightly reduced fuel economy.

No Bro, there would be a difference.
55 is the aspect ratio or profile of the tire but its not an absolute value, it is actually percentage of the tire width so 55 percent of 215 will be different from 55 percent of 205. Thats why profile will change.
