Someone was arguing with me about the 4 bolt type R wheels I think it was @SiR & @Amjad and I think someone else too.

Well here is your type R wheels with 4 bolts they were available from 95-97 type R Integra in all the countries

Yes it was me and @Sir in the argument. I know about these rims but it is PCD 114.3 and can fit only integras and accords. For civic PCD is 100 and these rims wont fit.

RacerF1 the Type R rims for civic ek9 96-00 models were 5 lug bolts from the start and the Integra R 96-98 were 4 lug bolts and from 99-01 were 5 lug bolts

Lala, if these fit the Integra they will fit the civic also, I think they are not PCD4x114.3 but rather PCD4x100. All hondas have the same pcd except if you go back in the 80's model then you will see variations. These will fit your civic just fine if not perfect

I expected better from you , since you had done the conversation and all. EK9 was launched in August 97 as a 98 model, there was no EK9 prior to that and hence it came with the 5 lugs just like the ITR from 98 onwards. So the only type R 4 lugs which are there were available on ITR 96-97. So point being 96-97 it was ITR wheels as 4 lugs, if there was a CTR from 96-97 then it would also be 4 lugs just like the ITR which shares most not all of its parts with each other.
