I have searched posts relating to what I will be writing but they all seem to be outdated, so some fresh info from the knowledgable members would help a lot of people.

Inshallah I will be bringing cars like Mercedes, Audi and BMW to Pakistan. I have done so previously 10 years ago with my Landcruiser but am sure ways of getting things done have changed.

My Questions:

1: If I buy a damaged car in the UK and get it repaired in the UK (and keep proof of accident repair) would there be a reduction in duties payable to customs in Pakistan.

2: If the damaged vehicle is imported as is for repair in Pakistan then what will be the customs rate on it and how are values ascertained as the amount of damage would reflect correct value.

No difference in duties. The only savings would be on your purchase, absolutely no difference from customs point of view.

just bring Hiluxes.. easy duty calculation without any hassle because it is considered as commercial vehicles and pakistani love it
