I created Pakwheels account a few days back. I have verified Email and Phone number. I cannot post or reply in any forum except Site Feedback & Suggestions. Also this message box was disabled for me on Google Chrome. I was unable to write any text. Now using Firefox to make this Post.

Still cannot post , The Textbox disabled on Chrome issue seems to be solved. It was probably on my end.

I have a theory, When I make 2 posts in this forum then I will be upgraded to Pakwheeler from Newbie. Then maybe I will be able to post in all forums. Didn't read this in rules but its a theory until this post gets approved by Moderator.
