Underage driving in Islamabad

I was just curious to know what are the legal condition for driving in Islamabad now, that the government are placing special
traffic police squads in major sectors of Islamabad. Can a teenager under 18 drive without any problem assuming he looks old enough and doesn't make any errors while driving on public roads or highways, does the police take fine or something.

underage driving is crime. last i know legal age to obtain a driving permit across Pakistan is 18 the age at which a minor is considered adult in Pakistan so NADRA issue a national ID.

looks may be deceiving, a snap check can land the person in police custody & vehicle impounded.

if you see any such habitual drivers report it to your nearest traffic post with vehicle license plate.

As soon as one hits 18, make a CNIC ID card and then follow all procedures to make a driver's license. Any accident involving damage to car or any person can land one in big trouble without a driver's license or some sort of recognition.
